Lazy Farming, does it ruin attacking skills?

Hello, 7 months ago my clannies introduced me to a wonderful thing known as 'Lazy Farming', minimal nput maximum output.Before this I was a 'break into the base and steal teh loots with expensive troops' kinda farmer, so I had decent attacking skills.However after months of this lazy farming FEII rolled around and I took part & I reached CII despite this, getting out of gold league was a nightmare, since I had just been picking off collectors for months.So, what do you guys n gals think about L.F,does it really destroy attacking skills.

I think it does to a certain point. But you can always regain your attacking abilities through time.

Well, clan wars has definitely helped "cure" this.....at least for me it has....

yes, it uas for me aswell, slowly starting to relearn old strategies

No i dont really find... As posted, cw helped me discover other strategies but didnt make my attack skills better....:o

As a leader, I had to set an example, so I used GoWiPe for the first time when CW was released (first time using PEKKAS at all) after lazy farming since I can remember. I was actually pretty good at it, doing 2 and 3 stars on the other TH8's.

I think of clan wars as a way to make farming not so boring.

Overnight, i train a different army (other than BARCH/bam) so i can have a fun raid in the morning, i think that would help not lose your attacking skills ;) Also train a "different" army while you have to go away for a few hours (school, work, etc.)

Nope. I've always been a fairly good attacker. But then again, when I use BAM, the way I use it takes skill. I can attack storage bases and collector bases with BAM, which is what I do, so I guess that's why my attacking skill hasn't diminished. However, Clan Wars is exposing the farmers who don't have attacking skills. Never knew so many of my clanmates suck at attacking lol.

Lazy Farming does do some deal of affect to someone's attacking ability. It's kind of how some intense farmers in the Gold Leagues are really skilled at just doing lazy farming and destroying Lower Townhalls to get high end loot and end up with beastly maxed out bases, but then put them in a Clan War or have a Trophy Push, you realize that they can't even get past Crystal League even with their Maxed out base.

I know of several of my friends from well known clans where this exact scenario happens. :eek:

Chief Pat's lazy farming, or loonions, or what? What is lazy farming, by your definition?:confused:
