It's quite funny how you are so appalled about the thought of hogs destroying your base that you can't see beyond that fear or yours.
People are right to bring other Subjects, a max th8 can be 3 starred easily by a th9 army and even by th8's army, offense is stronger than defense in this game, you thought you would be able to defend everything once maxed? Look at those gemmers (and some legit clasher) in champion being demolished by gowiwi even if they're maxed, are they conplaining?

But if you wanna stay focused on hogs all right, anti hog bases can be 3 starred by SKILLED hoggers, haven't they deserve to 3 stars your base? Do you think they decided one day to make a hog army waiting 2hours or more and knowing only success 3 starring every base they decided to raid? Of course not they have failed and learned from their mistakes, they have learned how to use efficiently the hog AI, where to place their troops, how to break an anti hog design, how many hogs suit them the most, did they come here in order to complain when they were failing?

So why don't you learn from your loss? Why don't you try to find a solution? You're not the first being crushed by hogs, many have come with solutions against them then hoggers find how to counter those solutions, this is why new bases come out everytime because people learn how to crack the previous bases. So why not getting some info from people who have thought way before you how to counter this army, adapt yourself to the game's stuff and don't try to make the game adapts to your will

Congrats, you think can 3 star a th9 with your 5 spells and 240 army space camps. You must be really good for doing that! That's nice that all you guys think you can easily 3 star my base just by looking at it, but it has been 3 starred 4 or 5 times in a few months (while trophy pushing in C1), and all were by hogs. It does great against non max hogs (the replays are hilarious...) Its nice that you may think you know where your troops are going, but judging for past replays, unless the attacker was on acid, they had no clue where there troops were going. It doesn't take much to look at a base and think, oh, I could 3 star that easily!

When i said giants were OP i meant towards th8. It isn't susceptible towards giants, the most success someone had was 70% with level 25 heroes, and the usual th10 equipment (they could have gotten more, but surrendered to keep archer queen). And I'll give you a hint: the two teslas that are upgrading are a major death trap. The hogs don't go straight towards the town hall like you think, they go around the base first. Until you know how the base actually functions and where the traps are, don't comment about it.

This guy... Asks us to be respectful in our replies yet insults us in his... Forum logic. OP, hogs have Brent nerfed not once, not twice, but thrice! 3 times they have been nerfed. As MANY have already suggested, make an anti-hog base.

Honestly, the OP thinks he is right and we are wrong, nothing much we can do now but to let the thread die.

Pmiller.... You have not addressed anyone's point that you have done nothing to defend against hogs!

You could make room for some double bombs... You could move your th outside... You could make your laughably easy cc to lure not so easy to lure... You could drop your trophies... You could go as far as a ringus base, or other even more creative anti hog/giant bases out there... There are literally hundreds of anti hog bases, not all are the same.


You could do any of things and yet you seem to take pride in doing none of these things and then justified in complaining about what you set your base up for... Failure against two widely used armies...

Have you not read the rest of this post? Anti hog bases are weak to almost everything except hogs. I'm not making a base that sucks against everything except one troop.
