Top Youtubers Violating SuperCell TOS

IMHO, i feel SC should enforce their ToS on this.

It might not be a serious problem now, but down the road in the future it will create a problem.

The reason for this rule is to prevent interaction between multi accs of the same player in order to gain advantage.

Well if you ask me, it's already happening. Multi accounts donating to main accounts is the main thing going on.

Is it fair that a normal player needs to spend effort to find a good clan for good troops while another person can just gem a couple of multis to give him maxed troops every single time? Well from what i observed, i would deduce that SC prefers the latter, since it generates them revenue.

At the end of the day, the interaction between SC and their players are very non-transparent. It's almost as if it's a, for the lack of a better word, a mafia system.

The way exploits are reported to SC behind the scenes without making any publicity, and the way players abd clans are banned in game without any announcement to the public followed by subsequent deletion of any thread that remotely mentions it. All these are not healthy for the game, and allows room for selected enforcing to please the player base that SC deems important.

At the end of the day, they are laying down rules to protect their own interest so that exploits that hurts their revenues can be taken care of. But it's sad to see that exploits that improves their revenue not being taken care of, and exploits that doesn't hurt anyone are also allowed to go on, until they do.

Only if life were fair. Everyone would be a giant happy family. Everyone follows the rules.

At the end of the day if you've ever had kids you learn to let the small stuff go. 2 accounts? Oh well, go for it. Against the ToS? Sure. Big deal? No.

is it even possible for a user to have multiple accounts on the same device?? by default i dont think there is that option at all..unless theres some syncing thru google+ or GC that i don't know about....so i don't see the point of even having it in the ToS unless you can get it on rooted or jailbroken phones....

plus on the issue of players playing on multiple devices...its only a very small minority who do it really...mostly youtubers and top players in game....besides theres probably no way for SC to figure them out...and even if they do its not really practical for SC to issue bans and such because the youtubers help in publicising the game and the top guys are obviously bank rolling the company...cant really see any action being taken against the minority elite which could destabilize SCs top revenue stream

SC is still a pretty small and upcoming company..right now they really can't afford pissing off their best paying customers

It's a game, if you wanna compare it with real life situations like having two kids, of course non of it would've mattered.

Even if the servers shut down tmr and that be the end of CoC it still wouldn't matter in the context that you put it.

Doesn't mean we shouldn't care about/discuss it for the betterment of the game.

Man, age stuff never ever is cared about. I'm 15 that plays COD that is for 18+ only, and there is nothing done about it. There are people under 13 playing COC, and SC can't find out their age, and they wouldn't mind either. I just refer to the age rule more like "recommended for ages this or above only" because barely anyone cares about these age stuff.

I'm waiting for Sandalhat to realize there's people in his clan who have multiple accounts:rolleyes:

I don't think they are breaking the TOS...

If they were in fact breaking the rules, they would be already banned.

Of course they are breaking the TOS by having more than one account per user, not device, PER USER.
