Top Youtubers Violating SuperCell TOS

A couple of the top YouTubers are in clear violation of SuperCells Terms of Service.

• You shall not have more than one Account at any given time, sell or give away your Account, create an Account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself; You shall not use the Service if you have previously been removed by Supercell, or previously been banned from playing any Supercell game;.

I have watched a few were one has a defenseless account and a main account.

My question is if SuperCell clearly knows that these players are in violation of TOS. Does that legally undermine the integrity of the entire TOS.

** Notice a lot of people offering opinions that are not backed by anything. Anyone have a clear understanding of a TOS document? **

just believe him, he's right. even 1 of our mods has more than 1 account (but on different devices)

I find it interesting that Godson uses fluffybunny, and yet he was one of the youtubers invited to Helsinki. It's almost as if Supercell was promoting use of Fluffybunny, and therefor encouraging ignorance of the ToS by bringing Godson to their headquarters...

No, it's one per device. The game runs on both iOS and Android.
