I heard a few clans got banned already. SC is definitely tightening the grip in this one.
I think people need to get over it. Supercell plans to address the issue. Talking about it educates people on it and that has two effects, helps ruin the CW experience and teaches people to use it which makes its use more common.

Talking about it might aswell make people understand how bad it is to bugabuse etc and they might not do it and might tell others not toQuote:

I really don't think there is a huge problem with people using airplane mode to "survey" attacks. From what some friends have told me when they've tried it, it works less than half the time, and isn't reliable. Ultimately, I don't think it's that big of a deal. Supercell could always push a bug fix for it, though, if it becomes one.
