Hey everyone, so I basically upgraded to TH9 last week and my base is getting along quite well. Got all upgrades done, including the two xbows. Only problem is, is that I can't seem to get the 40k required for Archer queen. Farming in the Gold III - Gold II range at the moment and only using Arch-Barb-Gobs to save loot. Any advice on how to get 20k DE fast? I already have 20k but I'm debating whether or not to use it on my barb king or scramble for another 20k and get the queen. Help :confused:

the way u get one is level nine town hall then she is forty thousend dark elixer.
I was at 1300 trophies for a bit when I got my AQ 1 week ago. It suprisingly was great for dark elixir. i think it dried up now, but you are welcome to check it out.
5 giants, 8 wall breakers, rest archers and barbs, farm in Gold II to Crystal III, punch in after storages with 900 DE+ and hit drill raids.Quote:

My heroic heist is 270K for a mid range TH8 and I have lvl 8 BK so far and am currently upgrading to lvl 3 hogs just as a reference point. 40k DE should be pretty manageable. Obviously u need to prioritize defending your DE especially once u get over 25k since u will start getting raided with big armies. Also put the town hall outside so you guarantee a shield. You may need to go on a long raiding stint at the end to push from 35k to 40k because if u just raid here and there you might be subject to lightning zaps and big raids making it hard to gain.
If your at th 9 you should know how to save up de , but anyways try around 1900-2000 ish
I'm surprised you are 20K short and stuck. Use the same strategy you use at TH8 but move up a bit in trophies.
Try 1800+ trophies.

You should've accumulated the 40k during the 10-day TH upgrade, but since that's a bridge you've already crossed... DE is great at Crystal league. Personal experience points to C2 in particular. Good luck!
