Eighty plus screws, etc

I recently saw a RSS with 80 screws, 60 or more of different LEMs, BEMs, and SEMs. Where do they get all of this?

Were they actually available, or were they grayed out?

These players probably wants as many people as possible to follow them.

They're keeping "ghost products" around by not collecting the money after they're sold. To get people to follow them. People see the grayed-out items and think they sell them all the time, but they don't.

They may have sold them once, and maybe not even for real. They could have sold them to friends who gave them back, or they might have been trades.

There have been several threads about it, including the one Patsgirldk linked.

Yes, dito to what everyone else said The tools probably never went to a random user, but to a neighbor or to their secondary farm or something. Shrug

Very glad you asked the Q and received answers. I've been puzzled and a bit upset because I haven't been able to obtain planks for many days and I don't like the Trade idea. Seems unfair to most of us who play HD for fun.

And then there are those of us who really do sell all of that stuff. I trade when the opportunity arises, but I don't put a lot of effort into it, and I have to dump the stuff eventually to make room in my barn.
