Question regarding walls

Hey! I have a question regarding walls.

Down in the following is a list of my walls

• 7 level 9 walls
• 186 level 8 walls
• 57 level 7 walls

To the question, is it better to upgrade my core and the second layer with level 9 walls and skip to upgrade the outer layer walls to level 8? Because what i see the outer layer of walls is useless cause the wbs will break into it anyways. 2 wbs will break the outer layer if it is level 7 and/or level 8 walls. So isn´t it better to upgrade the inner walls of the base to slow down the enemy even more?

I start higher levels out and go in. Once attackers in the core I am in trouble anyways. Try to keep them out where def can pound on them.
In short. Make attacker use more wb to get through first layer. And hope they are short on wb for core

I think your logic is flawed and it's the exact opposite that's better.
Strong walls need to be inside, as inner walls are the most likely to get killed by ennemy troops, not wallbreakers.
Outer walls are usually killed by Wallbreakers, so one level of wall wont make much of a difference (if the attacker attacks it's that he knows he has enough WB for outer walls). But for inner walls, depends on how attacker went (failed Wb or just not enough WB to efficiently reach the core), it's very usual that the troops make their way through wall just by attacking them: in this case, having 1000 more hp can make a hell of a difference.

Imo, if you really stick with one base you really love, with a very precise core, you might want to make lvl 9 walls for core, it will surely add resistance to your base, against the numerous times attackers will have their giants and stuff spend more time getting through them.
But personnally, I've always prefered to make all my walls the same level, but I'm sure there are lots of my walls that I know wouldnt make any difference to the efficiency of my defense if they were 1 or 2 lvl lower than what they are !

If you have defenses on your core I would definitely agree. But I see your point. Funnels I keep lower level.

to be honest, the level 9 would probably help you more, but i would finish level 8 since you don't have many left and then you don't have any more ugly level 7 walls :p
