I joined a little over a month ago after looking for a mature, no-drama clan where I can learn and improve. I found an active and enjoyable one with Phronesis. The leadership group here are all experienced and decisive, and they know how to run a clan.
Phronesis is full of experienced clashers all willing to help analyze your village layout or your latest attacks defenses. No waiting for more than a few seconds to fill troop requests (which are encouraged - easy XP), and its real easy to meet the minimum season donation requirements.
The focus is on farming but we do go to war every now and then. And we win when we do - with good attack structure, pre-attack ideas and strong leadership (everyone is happy to help). Your not ridiculed for mistakes, but if requested constructive criticism is given.
