I thought that the amount of gold available to loot was the same as the amount of elixer.
I had 3,600,000 in gold and 1,500,000 in elixer. When I got raided the available loot to the raider was 290,000 in gold and 210,000 in elixer. All the mines and pumps were pretty empty as I logged off only a couple minutes before.
Can someone explain this to me? Thanks
Kinda self explanatory lol. You had more gold, so more gold than elixer will be available.
No. Look at the percentages. If I have double the gold then the amount of gold to loot would be double assuming the percentage is the same. Which is what the wiki says.Quote:

What is available is a percentage of the loot in your storages (plus a larger percentage of what's in mines). The percentage available depends on the level of your Town Hall. There is also a cap to what can be stolen from storages, also dependent on your TH level.Quote:

I was aware of that description, but thank you. It still does not answer my question. The percentage of elixer was almost double the percentage of gold available to the raider. It is supposed to be the same.Quote:

There's a cap on how much loot you can lose. The percentages are only the same up until that cap. The amount of gold in your storages was over the cap, so the percentage amount of gold you lost was lower. Next time, just read the thread the mod gives you.
Edit: The mod beat me to it, albeit in a more patient fashion.
Almost double? 280k is only 33% more than 210k
