In the help center it says you can leave it running in the background, but why not just write it on the screen? If a (co)-leader views that screen, it can say "You can close the window, and searching will be automatically done for you" or something like that. People would be unhappy if they have to go to help center to find information, and happy if they are just in-game (but don't overkill).
