Lost my village, connected with Facebook but can not load it

I had to reset my phone every and had my village connected to my facebook since I don't use google+ because I am not an attention seeking child and need multiple social networks to talk to people.
But I had to factory reset my phone and now when I try to reload my clan from facebook all I get is a message saying "you already have a clan connected to your facebook, use this one instead?" No. I don't want to replace my level 52 clan with months of love put into it and MONEY AS WELL with a new one.
Give me. My old clan back.

Also i have tried to get a hold of help desk. Multiple times. I have yet to get a response at all besides confirmation emails. They have ignored my issue for a while now.
Does anyone know what to do?

FB Doesn't store your village.

Please follow these steps:

1. Open Clash
2. Go to in game settings
3. Make sure you are connected to a G+ account, your old village will get linked to it.
4. Press Help and Support which is found via the in game settings menu.
5. Press Report an Issue.
6. Press Other Problem.

If you can't access the in game report an issue feature please email support at clashofclans.android@supercell.net



The following information will be required:

Name of the old village:
Name of the clan your lost village is part of:
Town Hall level of the lost village:
Date and time of your last playing session on the lost village:

If you have emailed them directly you must include the details of the new village as well!

It is recommended that you DO NOT PASS TOWN HALL 4 on the new village, this may cause problems in the recovery procedure!

Provide all the details of your problem and village. DO NOT DELETE THE PRE POPULATED DATA!

Support may take up to 2-4 weeks to reply.

Feel free to post the ticket number you receive, through an automated response after you send it, here.

If they don't reply within 4 weeks you can post on your thread re-stating your ticket number.

i lost coc account.....my gmail acc disabled from 4 month ago i was connected to game 1month ago but after changed my phone i cant connect to coc...i just connect to facebook....i cant access to gmail account because is disabled so i cant get screenshot from first gem purchased plssssss :heart: plssss someone help me...

i lost I lost my village and ur Arabic support team insisted onasking the date of start playing (day, month ,year) that was four years ago itis impossible question I had this situation befor but with your English supportteam they was more understanding and active I think ur Arabic support team needfor more training and understand what is clash of clans passion.

Asking for the date you started playing and for the date of first gem purchase is standard for recovering a lost account. You can find this information by looking at your achievements. One of them is completed during the tutorial and this will be the day you started playing.

Hello, look at the date you achieved the achievement “bigger coffers”, that’s the date you started playing

some one in Arabic support team his name is ahmed he reported me to forget this village as he closed the ticket and he never answer me again concerning this village whatever I do or send to them again some arrogant guy have authority to delete my effort for four years this is not fair
