Clan war

I was hoping that supercell could add a few things to do with the clan war that would make things easier like if they could add who starts the clan war as various times people have started the clan war without permission and it does get very annoying and I would also like if you could add the same as with normal donations to the clan war donations and tell put the persons name who donates as we have people who keep donating goblins even when asked not too so if you could add these two features that would be nice thank you
