What to do? LvL 3 T.H

I need to rank up T.H to LvL 4 but it cost 25,000 gold which with my gold stocks is not possible( max. capacity $7,000). My base is Max barracks, Semi-Max Defenses, Half Resources. I am financially unable to upgrade my gold storage but if anyone has ideas to help me progress to level 4 townhall and get really good gold and elixir stocks?
My last question is after I get lvl 4 T.H , how should I get clan castle rebuilt?

Upgrade your gold storages so they can hold more gold and then go get the gold farming. :D
