Now...as for Hoppers!
Developers...pls take a real close look at this topic!
My thoughts are simply....
* showing how many Clans the individual hopped into on a daily!
Resetting after each league day counter...sorry don't know what it's called.
-I know ppl have friends in other clans, but I really would like to know still how many clans they hopped into per day!
-I shouldn't have to change the entry type just because ppl are just idiotic! If thats the case Super Cell, why have opions?
-if the individual jumped into a bad clan understandable...you can leave, but still count the jump.

THIS WAY I CAN SEE THEIR HOPPING TENDENCIES...ask them why its so high, and have the option of Booting before anyone give out any troops!

Hoppers, bless their cotton socks, are a fact of life and you really shouldn't take it to heart. I tend to have pity on their souls. Imagine the existence they have, travelling from clan to clan, making and having no REAL clan mates, all the time know in their hearts that they are one of the more despised players of this game. Imagine how it feels to know that a whole group of people think your scum, the moment you leave your 1 millionth clan. Imagine how it feels to know that if by chance you stuffed up and stumbled back into the same clan that you would have to bear witness to people's opinion of you. You even have to change the global chat so that you don't have to see everyone in global call you a "hopper" knowing that they say it with a really sour taste in their mouth. And for what, a few cc troops and the luxury of not having to donate (because, after all, it really is so time consuming and expensive).

Accept the hopper and part with a few measly archers to satisfy his craving for free troops. And while you pity the poor young thing, remember that for every 20 hoppers you will get one honest, loyal and generous new member. It may even be a hopper who finally decides to turn a new leaf and find a good home.

I am in favor with not letting hoppers do whatever they want, because the way it is now is absolutly ridiculous.

Since we are in the ideas requests, SC could implement a 24h delay before being able to apply to a new clan.

A lot of people move between their friends clans. Other higher clans have feeder clans and some members move between the clans to support and manage feeders. Other people join clans to find out they are not appropriate for various reasons, age and maturity being a big one. Some clans often troll new players and invite them to make fun of them and then kick.
Is it fair that these people would have to wait for a 24-hour cool down to finish before looking for a new clan? I don't think so.

Yes and no. Cos you may legitimately want to leave a clan to go to another. I think it should be 2 clans in 24-48 hours. It would

A) stop hoppers
B) stop cheap shielding

As an aside, hoppers don't bother me, you can usually tell and fire them out the door once everyone has donated gobs :)

Once you get in a decent clan, you don't have a problem with hoppers, and if people do leave, you've got your donations, an even if you have given max troops it not like elixer is that big a problem.

I agree that it would be nice to see some information about the person, whether it be in their profile or another place. This would be especially important as we wage wars with other clans.

I quoted these 2 because to me, they are the biggest concern about limiting hopper movement. Too many legit players going between a few clans constantly.

I do not think we should stop the hoppers. Let the kiddies think they are duping you, if it makes them feel superior because you filled their CC, they can go on being a deluded loner.

I honestly do not care if someone wants to hop. I think it would be a very nice gesture if the hopper would have the courtesy to donate BACK while they are waiting for their CC to fill...But I do not expect it.

Instead of parting with archers, try donating barb's or goblins to new clan members. Less expensive. In fact going by stats, goblins are pretty awesome little defensive dudes. I NEVER donate giants to a brand new member, I dont want to waste that much just in case they are a hopper. If they stick around past 24 hours, they will get something better than barbarians and goblins.

Resources might not be a big deal to you, but 25k for a lvl1 dragon with a 30min make is a big deal to me, and many others...!

Never said aid take Hoppers away...just place a counter near their name, or profile, so we know how many clans they hopped from.

This will definitely lead to black listing. Supercell doesn't want to display information that a user might not want to display. There are so many ways innocent non-hoppers could be punished through this system you suggest. If you really don't want hoppers to take your dragons, just don't give dragons to them.

Also, there are reasons Supercell wants you to use the search tool and read the stickies. How is Supercell supposed to find good ideas if there are a bunch of copied ideas and ruled out ones? Please, if you want to promote an idea that already has a thread, just respond to that one instead of posting a new one. It's as simple as that. :)

Keep coming up with creative ideas, though, that's what this forum is all about.
