Want to start clan looking for coleader

I've wanted to start a clan for a while now and have tried with little success. I am an adult and want people 18 or older to help me start it. I'm looking for a coleader or two to help me start it. I also work full time +++ so it's hard to keep people in a clan in the beginning. I'm level 71 and looking for someone 50+ to help me start. I got a solid base and troops and know a lot of secrets to the game. I have been playing real time strategy games for over 10 years now so I've gotten really good at them.
