Google play card

I've got $10 on my Google play account, that's also linked to my Clash of Clans account, but how can I buy gems via Google play? I'm from Holland for the matter...

The only 2 options I get when trying to pay is to either add Creditcard number or redeem a code number, but it's not either of these 2 options. O_O

Press redeem a code number, enter the code from your google play card!

I had a google play card. I went to play store on my phone. then touch three small lines on upper left. This opened window, down near bottom is Redeem, touch there and enter code from your card.

Then I went into CoC and bought gems. It gave me a message like you have $xx.xx balance and make purchase.
