TH7: Tired of Losing, Base advice?

This is my current base, I recently changed it to see how all things work. I put my wizards in the middle so they are harder to. The mortars are triangulated and the air defenses are more towards the middle. This is probably one of the only good (hopefully) bases I made myself.
I need some advice to make it better. I do have the weakness in defense as I do not have BK. Any help would be appreciated :)

Stick your town hall OUTSIDE. You will lose only 6-11 trophies AND get a free shield, when your TH is inside you risk losing 13-34 trophies which us a LOT more. AND when your TH is outside your resources are saved, so its a win for everyone! You will gain more trophies on offense anyway.
Edit: When you get a BK there is no need to have him defend, he sucks until he is lvl 10+

I see a few x-junctions, and it's a little premature.

Both WTs can be taken out by lightning from a fellow Th 7 with them being so close together. Your core has good AD but at that trophy level do you get air attacked much?

Your mortars are triangulated but very exposed, storages exposed. You could look at my base, modified Pokeball for some ideas- IGN Mya clan the12thman.

there is no way th7 to defend against TH8 on 1250+
swarm of mass barbarians and archers of th8 is enough to loot everything TH7 have

dump your gold into walls, do not pile more than 1.5 million gold... most good farmers won't bother to drop by if your storage is less 1.5 million.
just put TH on the corner and hope for TH snipe.

Loot, cups dont matter. Stick your TH out and farm. That way you lose less of everything and get free shields. Get your walls to 6 then max your splash

Ok, if for some reason you want to keep Town Hall inside:

1. Switch Mortars and Wizard Towers - it's better to have Mortars in the middle.
2. Switch bottom mortar with Clan Castle - there is no way you can keep it unlureable at TH 7, but at least keep it there.
3. Switch Wizard Towers and Air Defense - no need to have Air Defense at such a low trophy range.

If you want to farm and put your Town Hall outside (my advice, move Clan Castle where Town Hall was, and put something else (cannon or archer tower) in that new spot.

You should put your town hall outside the base so you can protect your resources and you will only lose a couple of trophies per raid.
