Giant Wizard Strategy???????????

Hi, does anyone have a decent ratio for a TH8 of troops and spells to use for giant wizard strategy?

16 giants, 8-12 WBs, 12 wizards, rest barbs and archers to use on CC heroes and clean up. Heal or rage works

Id recommend heal versus rage, when you are not using a healer just so your giants don't die off too quickly

i think 6 WBs giants healers and the rest wizzies i found it works amazing with rage and a healing craig lv82 th8

Thank you :) so its just lay down the giants then the wall breakers and follow with the wizards as clean up? any defence i need to prioritize taking out?

not in mine since any air gets wiped out but watch for giant bombs

With giant wiz, since you have heal spells The point defenses do the most damage, being able to slowly take out giants one by one. If you throw in a healer then prioritize the AD(s)

thats why i have six so you can focus on the loot and forget the air

Not trying to highjack here but i have a few questions regarding this strategy. I have been going 16 giants, 16 wizards, 8 WB and rest archers and barbs with one heal and 2 rage. I have been finding the giants move to slowly to get to everything before time runs out without the 2 rage. I am a fairly new TH8 but have all the above troops upgraded to lvl 5. That being said:

1. Do you find that you 3 star TH8 bases that have level appropriate defenses? I am having a tough time with this. I have been getting anywhere from 50-70% with TH before giants die off and then the wizards go quickly.

2. how do you deploy? do you send giants and let them work or do you send giants and immediately follow with wizards> I have tried both ways, but then the giants take off for defenses the wizards go off and do their own thing and get taken out but the perimeter defenses.

any strategy points would be greatly appreciated.

If i use Giant/Wiz, which I RARELY do, I just Barch, then i would do #2, except send in one giant to test traps. After you send i giants slowly drizzle in WBs
