Should I upgrade to th lvl 9 or upgrade defenses?

Id definately max my defenses if I were you. Sound like you have a lot to go in Town Hall 8, but a base picture would help. The higher the Town Hall you go the less loot you will make, meaning it will be harder to upgrade defenses later. Hope this helped.

Dude upgrade your Defences max your troops get everything out of a th then upgrade
