Pop notification after maintenance break

Simple request, plz make a pop notification after the completion of.a maintenance break or update. That way we can get back to clashing ASAP.

i agree with you on the request. i hope the update gets added

I wanted this too but giving everyone a notification at the same time could cause too much traffic. Imagine millions logging in at the exact same time
