Clan wars do not reward or highlight individual efforts at all.
Right now at the end of a war you get some loot an thats about it. There is no MVP, there is no #1 loot gainer, There is no chart that says "I did the best/most risky attacks. There could even be points you get after each war that ranks people up based on army ranks. Like if i attack bases with higher level townhalls than mine and i successfully defeat them I get +10 squire points, then after I reach 100 i get promoted to warrior or something. Or even better I can choose what i get promoted to and based on what i choose a certain unit of mine gets a bonus. Like if i level up to novice mage then my wizards get +5 attack or something. I think the war system is very good. But it isnt aesthetically pleasing for the individual player enough
