Are you looking for a clan where there are no arguments within the leadership, and friendly mutual respect is the norm between members? Are you looking for a group of people who will be genuinely delighted to celebrate your successes, and listen to you whine about the cost of walls? Are you looking for a clan where elder is a position of trust and leadership? If your answer is yes, then maybe Aurora Vanguard is a clan you could be proud to call home.
We are a newly-made clan which all of us are active and a generous clan with a friendly, laid-back attitude. We believe that the people in the clan and the community are the important parts. Our focus is quality, not quantity.
We are looking for people who are generous, active players who are looking for more out of a clan than just a place where they occasionally get troops. We're looking for people whose first instinct is to be generous, not people who are keeping score or looking to meet a minimum. Take a look at our rules below and see if we might be a good fit for you.
Requirements for eligibility: Anyone can join right now. We're looking for the right people to become members, not just people who meet an arbitrary set of numbers.
Rules:
- Donate - This is the primary way clan members can support each other, and we expect everyone to participate.
IMPORTANT: We don't have a donations quota, what we have is a standard of generosity: donate whenever you see a request, fill the CC slots, make an effort to help out. Leeches are not tolerated. - Don't swear - Watch your language, mm'kay? And throw in a "thank you" and a "you're welcome" while you're at it, just to be polite. FYI: Replacing/skipping letters, or using acronyms that stand for swear words... that's all swearing. Don't do it.
- Don't ask to be made Elder - Elder status is earned over time by contributing to the community and demonstrating leadership. The Elders decide if and when it's time to add a new one. And bear in mind that in our clan it's not a reward, it's a job.
- Have fun - That one should be self-explanatory, but just in case it isn't... This is a game. Playing a game should be fun, and that's what we try to make it. :)
