Block User

I was wondering if you could block a user, I was currently in a clan and they wondered why i went innactive for a week so i told them that my brother had passed away and they were okay with it, Then a few days have gone by and this other person thought it would be funny to take the mick out of him, so i stuck up for my brother as you would, then he just came out with, He killed himself on purpose cause you were in his life and this shocked me and its been hard trying to get it past me that he's gone anyways i got angry and sed hahahaha im getting your internet shutdown which was a joke to scare him as i was baisically crying at this time, then he came out with, yous both suck D**k and it would of been better if both of you had passed away, if anyone could help me with this please do so i got video proof on my laptop of it and also he is called Jay and is in the clan Glass Empire but i have been banned from the clan as i sed i was going to report him so yeah thanks if you can help :')

Can anyone help me with this ? any advice ?

In the game go to settings>report a problem. Provide them with the evidence and they can have them suspended or banned depending on the severity of the offence.

You can't.

Did your brother really pass away or was it just an excuse for your inactivity? If he really did, then I am sorry.
