You shouldn't even be TH8, you are not even close to th9
If you feel the need to rush into townhall nine it is extremely NOT recommended but th9 does have its benefits. Just take in loot penalty and remember that many people quit from loot issues.

you can make exceptions with dark troops and troops you never use and level7 walls could be enough.
apart from that I would not compromise on maxing befire going to TH9.
