No sorry get all level 7 prefferebaly some level 8 walls, and also max your splash defense and troops AT LEAST before upgrading.

Not even CLOSE! You have a LOOOONG way to go on maxing that thing out before you can upgrade. I don't see any building on your base that is maxed for TH8 besides your Town Hall lol.
EDIT: You do have one Gold Storage that is finished. You have a ways to go bud.

alright thanks for the advice but the only reason why I want to go to TH9 is for the AQ..
No you're not lol (coming from a th7). Your defenses are not even maxed, and your troops are lvl 3/4. Also, work on your walls too.
Definitely do not go to TH9 with gold walls. ;P rough estimate here but the earliest level you'd probably want to be to go to TH9 is 80, I'd recommend 90, buts it's hard to say because level doesn't always mean good base.
