Troops are dumber then dirt

You just laid down your archer queen, the target (town hall) is right in sight. The mighty queen lvl 40 queen is set to destroy the town hall and earn 50%. You laued down a rage spell. But wait, the queen takes a turn and decides to go on the outside of the base. Suddenly you see that 30 seconds remain, all you have left are clan castle troops. You quickly lay down everything and the wizards in your CC head directly down the center of the base towards the amazing building that determines how many more or less stars you can get. Wait... Whats this... The wizzies go for seperate lvl 11 wall. Te raids over, You just lost your chance to get 8 stars but sadly, you only got 4!

Basically the troops are dumber then dirt. They all go for walls... Seperatly. They need an AI fix.

I hate it when this happens but it's part of the game.

The key is to understand the AI and how your troops select targets.

If the town hall really was "right in sight" she would have targeted it. The queen is one of the smartest AIs in my opinion because of her extraordinary range. You just placed badly :P

Had this happen and hate it, but if they made them smart like you wanted them they'd be op.

Sounds like a high lvl base design. The walls can throw the Heroes off completely. A lot of the latest popular designs are exceptional at doing this. The triangle one where the town hall is slightly high with wiz towers etc at the top is very hard to two star and quite popular at the moment. Come in from the top and you will get the town hall but it's under 40% damage so no two stars, come from the bottom you won't get the town hall, sides can cause the attack to flow down the bottom... it's all about timing. If you leave the heroes till last when eveything is destroyed they can go walking around instead of going in for the town hall. Best to dump em in the thick of the action shortly after breaching the walls.

What about the moment when a building is right in front of her and shoot past it? most of the time the ai is on key but sometimes it doesnt go as planned. and with people saying the pekkas ai is crazy bad, remember that it has the same ai as the barbarian
