Forum Page Help

I'm trying to make a nice forum page to recruit new members but, I feel as if it is not working. Can anyone give advice on how to improve my clan page? You can visit it here.

I had problems too, a lot are high or low level here, no mediums, so thye wont join medium clans, try improve english and keep trying!

At first glance, and don't take it too hard... Wall of text.

I would do it with light texts, some figures and facts.
Obivously, you can add links to youtube channels if your members have.
