Could I join any of the clans? I am a lvl. 81 TH9 with maxed TH8 defenses and all lvl. 7 walls, I have max loons, lvl. 5 minions, lvl. 5 wizards, lvl. 3 drags, and my archers are upgrading to 6 right now! (Please respond)

All clans are th10, 110+ and lunar doesn't even accept directly. No love for maxed 110+ th9s?!
Hi guys and gals,
If you want to be part of the Rising family and don't qualify for one of the four main clans, then come and try your hand in Rising Higher.
We were "formed" after the Inspire 8 event for those players that wanted to stick around and continue to be in a clan.
Obviously, we accept TH8 and above with a non rushed bases (think mid-late defenses and lvl 7 walls minimum) and currently have around 5 spaces open.
The leader of the clan is "Jack Mehoff" so you know you have the right clan.
