On war day, there is a blue replay button on enemy and friendly bases if they have been attacked..by holding down this button I can see writing underneath, what looks like 'click to add title' or something like that. If anyone decides to move this to the big section, the reason why I didn't out it in there is because I think general is looked at more often and this is quite an important bug i guess..
