Yous hould be able to have at least two accounts on each device. Each account would have a username(ghe village name) and a password of your choice. To change between accounts you would log out and log into the new accounts. This would be great for siblings sharing a device.
Having multiple accounts is actually against the terms of service and can lead to bot accounts being banned. This applies both in game and on the forums.
Multiple accounts on one device is not supported, and probably won't be since it is technically against the ToS. One account per device please. :)
