Clan wars tournament

I was thinking of a tournament using clan wars. We put 8 equally matched clans in a knock-out tournament and the they battle each other. They receive gold, elixir and dark elixir based on the place they finish in.
For example(only made up prizes) if you win you get 5,000,000 gold and elixir and 5000 dark elixir. These are not the real prizes. Also I think they should do it once a month so it wouldn't replace clan wars. Let me hear what you think.
