When to move to TH9?

These are me defences right now:
All wizard towers lvl6
All archer towers lvl 10
All Cannons lvl10
All Teslas lvl4
All mortars lvl6
2 Air Defense lvl5 and 1 lvl6
All walls are lvl6
And I only have the PEKKA left to upgrade.

Don't move to TH9 until you have at least level 7 walls

I am at the same point as you and I think you should upgrade now. Make sure your walls get to lv7 soon though.

You might want to finish your walls to 7 or even 8 if your feeling frisky ;)

Personally, I'd get the teslas upgrading (with a builder vacant) and upgrade walls simultaneously :o

You've done all your DE troop upgrades, or at least Hogs and Minions (maybe Golems) to max for TH8? If you really only have pekka left, I'd say do that then move on... Your lab is the real bottleneck at TH8 and TH9, so if you are going to have an idle lab, I'd recommend you move to TH9 and start farming up elixer, to keep your lab working, get your army camps up, etc - defense catch-up and walls can be done at that stage, no problems, maxing everything at TH8 isn't a big deal either way if you max your troops and don't leave useful stuff for later ('cause priorities for troops change at each TH level).
