I need supercell staff member help
Ive emailed them about 12 days ago with the information on getting my acct back and I have yet to hear anything back. I have sent them everything they ask for you to send and even a gem receipt. Im not asking for much.. just for my case to be resolved so I can continue my game. Please help me. ill be on the forum all day today. THANKS!

I also haven't heard a peep from supercell. Attached one of my many gem receipts and been waiting patiently. Its really frustrating. So easy to give them money, yet impossible to get a response when u have a problem. Don't look at the Better Business Bureau website for supercell, you will only get more discouraged as they have a solid 'F' rating. In case anyone is out there who can help and would take 5 min to do so, my ticket number is 3365166. Thou I'm losing faith they will ever help me.
