Support are answering tickets. The amount of people who you see complaining here is a tiny tiny fraction of how many tickets support get a day. The tickets they solve aren't always from forumers, they might be other members who are waiting without complaining. You need to be patient.
Hey bud sorry if I was bumping to much. I honestly was just trying to do all I could to get my issue resolved. Now I see that everyone is having the same issue as I am and I'm just going to have to wait until my time comes. Thanks for everyone that has chimed in on my issue. Soon I should be playing.. my ticket should be coming up!!!!

I have one guy telling me be patient you're in queue so I be patient for 77 days. Nbd. If I have to go this entire month of July without a response which would put me at 3months & 2.5weeks.. I will be done.
I can't fathom being involved in a forum for this long and to possibly find out 3 months later my ticket could've been lost or something. Patience has been exhausted!
