Ive emailed them about 12 days ago with the information on getting my acct back and I have yet to hear anything back. I have sent them everything they ask for you to send and even a gem receipt. Im not asking for much.. just for my case to be resolved so I can continue my game. Please help me. ill be on the forum all day today. THANKS!

3-4 weeks? this cant be true. 2 weeks is well enough time to take care of anything in this world. just sucks putting money towards a phone game and not getting the support along with it in a timely fashion. All that hard work I put in for 2 1/2 months straight kinda wasted after being sidelined for so long. Oh well hopefully I can catch an admin on here who can help me!! thanks for the reply!
Hi, unfortunately support sees a very high volume of tickets (especially after Clan Wars update), so it does take them some time to work through all of them. As someone above said, the average times can be around a few weeks to a month.Quote:

Well games are always waste of time, but yeah awesome way to spend sparetime it's but better get some real-life stuff done while u wait right? :) sad to wait but would be good for most gamers, maybe one could build a cottage in 5days instead of play games 5days!
