I have played casually since release and have no clue what people are giddy about. Never payed attention to anything or anyone like that in any game, much less a free mobile app. Is it possible that humanity has devolved to the point of idiocy so much and is so obsessed with celebrity that people are now star struck by people with literally no talent or skill per say? Oh yeah, this has been happening for a while now. This is a free mobile app and the young tweeners cream themselves if they see a name of some "champ" celebrity. It's such a sad social commentary and I truly feel sorry for today's youth. You can't fix stupid and stupid 20 years ago is like genius today

Agree. Even though I am one of today's youth, everyday I just feel ashamed of other people my age. Less than half have any common sense(Shouldn't even be called "Common" anymore haha.).

This is even truer in the world of MMO's where some players go beyong the simple admiration towards leading players but worship them!

Top players even become sacred icons and bring trends that the community adopts without a thought.

I doubt Clash will get as bad as that. There will never be a Zezima, Suomi, or Darden of Clash. (If anyone here actually knows who they are)
