Mid TH7 - Wall Upgrading Question

Hi All,

When I joined the forum I was Town Hall 3, someone said go away and come back when your TH7 (lol), so here I am...

Im around mid TH7, just working my way to Lvl 6 Walls, got about 50 or so left to upgrade while our clan is warring, then I'll finish off my defenses. Should I stick around in TH7 and get lvl 7 Walls or go up to TH8 and farm there?

If so, how good is the farming up there? I'm currently in the 1300 - 1400 Trophy Range and don't let myself go higher or lower. What's the best farming band do you think?

Definitely stay at TH7 and upgrade to max walls, you'll regret it if you don't.

TH7 is by far the best for farming in my opinion, but TH8 is probably not far behind! LV 5 troops are a must.

Do not rush, get you walls and defences and you'll be fine!

Also, who told you to not come back until TH7? This forums are friendly to all levels!

EDIT: My trophy range is 1400-1700 theres lots of loot there, I found 4 bases with over 300k there!

Max it out..farming at gold 3-2 is good..lots of easy loot there including de..
Jst do the costly upgrades first.. (mortar ...wiz tower...teslas..air defenses) then u can work on those walls while upgrading cheap point defenses..cheers

Btw I'm in th7 with 70 lvl 7 walls..upgrading 15+ walls daily

Lol, not exactly nasty, but as a noob, thought it was the protocol.

All the troops I use are maxed at Level 4 at the moment (So thats Archers, Barbs, Wallbreakers, Healers(Lvl 2) and Giants), My point defenses are all done except 1 cannon and 2 AT's. My Wizard Towers are done, got my BK, just mortars, AD, got my Tesla's, but can make them Lvl 2 and then walls.

Also I'm currently Silver 1, would you advise getting up to gold then for better loot?

Thats an awesome upgrading rate, with work and gym and girlfriend and just general life really, I am maybe averaging 10 - 14 Lvl 6 walls a day, hence why i posed the question. Not as much time to play as I would like.

Still slogging away though! Cheers for the advice.

Even I have a life

It's jst 4-6 hours of gameplay daily. I e. Abt 20 barches .. 350k+ collector loots at gold 3 :)

Sorry, wasn't insinuating you had no life!

I do one attack in the morning, one on the train to work, one on lunch, one on the train home and then 3 - 6 in the evening averaging 100K per raid in silver 1.

So that's only a max(ish) of a million a day if all goes well!

That's 5 level 7 walls a day! Would take me over 2 weeks to finish them haha! Might have to try and squeeze in a few more attacks or up my trophies to Gold 3 for more loot.

In my opinion, walls should be the last thing you upgrade. You can upgrade 1 or 2 when you have spare gold but I like to upgrade them after all my defences are maxed out. That is a mistake I did when i was in TH7.

My defence levels were low, so I kept losing resources frequently. So defences first and then walls :) And try get atleast half your walls to level 7 in TH7 too. Another really bad mistake I did too :P

It is important to max your TH 7 walls. I moved on from TH 7 with many walls level 6 and regret it! Max those out while it's easy!

Well the majority of my defenses are done now, I'm just making the transition from level 5 (gold) to level 6 walls (pink), and was wondering if I should stop at pink, or go up to purp while still in TH7.

What defences do you have left to go? Because it depends on them as well.
