Colorado Klash Recruiting For New Clan--800+ Cups
Are you looking for a fun group of people to share the fun of clashing?
Colorado Klash is an offshoot of Colorado Elite 2. With the advent of Clan Wars, a number of the clan's leaders developed different approaches on how to run the clan. I am coloradogus. I was one of the original members of the clan and a long-time co-leader. My desire was to have fewer clan wars to allow members to have time to continue to pursue their farming and trophy hunting activities. Instead, we were initiating back to back clan wars. And we were good!...5 wins and 0 losses when I left. So, I know how to win clan wars! it just got to be all we did was clan war after clan war. That approach suited a large number of the clan members, so I decided to leave on amicable terms to start my own clan. And, a handful of long time members came along.
Here's what you need to know about Colorado Klash:
--we started with a large base of Colorado-based members, but all are welcome!
--anyone with 800+ trophies is welcome as long as you have read the Clan War tutorials and understand how to play the game.
--when we get enough members, we will initiate a single clan war per week...approximately 6:00p.m. on Friday thru 6:00p.m. on Sunday.
--maximum participation is the key to winning clan wars, so you must participate regularly in the single weekly clan war.
--you will be expected to donate troops regularly, by default, archers...that means if a member doesn't specify a troop type, donate archers!
--because we will have members across a wide experience range...specifying "high lvl" troops in your request is discouraged. Every member must donate generously to be accepted in the clan, so we will not discourage the lower lvl members from donating
--to be promoted to Elder, you must consistently donate 250 troops per period AND demonstrate leadership, teamwork, maturity, and loyalty over time.
--being promoted to co-leader is a long-term proposition...it requires developing a deep trust with the clan leaders and embracing a selfless, giving, and mentoring approach towards the clan and it's members...we intend to limit the number of co-leaders to ensure we retain appropriate control of the clan's ideals.
---most importantly, if you're not having fun, you're not doing it right!
So, there ya' have it. If you want to help grow a fun, sharing clan with an easy, controlled clan war pace, come join Colorado Klash!
Thanks for listening!
