Well, the picture doesn't work... it indeed is the worst I have (n)ever seen..
That's not even close to worst base ever.
I saw a th10 with no walls once. Shame it had no resources...
I have seen a th 10 where their highest level of defense is level 2 no xbows or infernos and really low level walls

I saw a TH 10 yesterday in silver 3. He literally have every single wall lined up in several layer at one side, then all defensive building in the next layer, then the worthless buildings, then resources, and finally town hall. He intentionally letting himself get robbed blind, probably already quit playing. As a TH5, my storages instantly went from half to full from this one charity :)

The walls dont enclose that whole base because they are funnels. that isnt even close to a candidate for "worst bases".
