Decrease or remove town hall loot penalty

People do dumb things all the time that they are warned against. The answer is they like short term gratification and either don't care about or fully understand the long term ramifications. It's the same reason people smoke, eat fast food, and do many other things that are bad for them.

You can easily see it when you are a town hall six or seven being attacked too...
When you are that low getting attacked by pakkas and such I noticed they spent more then made even if they 100% me

There isn't even a penalty at th7. Just learn how to barch and you're good. Patience is a virtue bro.

well if they are a fake town hall seven as a town hall five or something as a seven it prob hurts a lot.
