Whole clan is spectator in war, help..

Hi we just started a war & we see opponents but in our clan war page is blank !!! the whole clan its showing war spectator ??? please help !!!

sumone please advice what to do , the war starts in one hour...

have written to SC but no response yet !!!

Can we see a screenshot..?

I dont know how that happend but if you have no dudes on the map then they cant attack you can they?

We can see 30 guys on their map but only can scout them... Attack button is greyed...

and yes they have'nt attack as yet so maybe they too facing the same...

waste of 2 days...
