How do co leads stay on the same page

My clan has 1leader 9 co leaders
the goal is to have a co lead on at all times
which we do due to time zone differences and work schedules
now the problem is voting on ideas when clan wars should be ,promotions,demotions,etc
since we all were on at different times we could hardly ever be on the same page
now since i play a lot of xbox my xbox clans use a app called line
so me and my xbox buddy introduced it to the leader and he loved it
the app is called "line" it is free to sign up
so now if your like my clan and have issues staying on the same page or just need a place to chat where members or elders dont bug in then go to the app line
plus this app is safe and you don't have to use a phone number so u dont get stalked
that is what my clan does so we stay organized
So i hope this helps any clan that is having organizational issues due to clash of clan chat
PS clash of clans needs to add a seperate chat for co leaders so we dont have to use other apps

A separate CW chat in the game would be awesome. They also need numbers on the map for the bases so when someone says they wanna flatten #37 they don't have to count them to find what base they are talking about.

Agreed, numbers on the map in front of the townhalls would be great, especially if you have to go vs. a Chinese or an Arabic clan... Could be very frustrating trying to coordinate a war while no one can read (or even type) the name of an enemy for assigning....

My clan has started adding a seperate keyboard on their devices so when we do go agaist a jap or chinesse clan we can call out if that helps but its complicated figuring our the language

Just scout them and the number appears at the bottom.

Lol - when you're against a clan with 50 bases, it would be a lot easier if I could see a number next to the base without having to swish back and forth in a snake of THs.

OP, I wish there were a leader chat too. I also agree with the numbers thing.

I got folks using whatsapp. Very nice and much more robust chat system than SC ever thought of. Which isn't saying much as SC should have known better than to release this game with such a limited chat system

i think you might have a bit too many co-leaders.

my clan has a feeder clan and time zone issues as well we use the clash of clans forum to send PM. between both clans there is about 10 co-leaders. we have also made a group in the forum to try and distribute information through out the entire clan. the COC forum also has anonymity and you do not have to put out your personal information so it works well.
