CoC should have it to where every time a player completes an achievement or levels up, it should say it in the chat log so everyone can congratulate them. World of warcraft had something like this!

Never played WoW, but I really like this idea, this would be a fun little tidbit to make the game a bit more enjoyable. Probably not a high priority, but a good idea none the less!
