API for messaging

I love COC. I love my clan, and want to communicate with them as much as possible.

However, idling on chat is expensive in terms of using up battery, unless you want to be tethered to a mains point.

I would like to suggest an API for the messaging side of COC (or, COC as a whole!) so that developers, such as myself, can produce applications that means that we can be in contact even more than we are now.

I apologise if this has already been brought up: I looked in the stickies and tried searching but nothing came up about this.

I have done both, but neither are synced with the game messaging.
