Two air defenses in the core is heaps - it will deter/defeat most if not all dragon attacks, and with xbows up it makes balloons about as difficult as you can expect for TH9 (balloons&minions could still 1-2 star you, if used right, but not much you can do about that as TH9 - once you get to Masters, you are mostly attacked on sight).
The "unlurable" clan castle is really catching on, judging by what I've seen recently in Clan Wars (my own TH10 has had one for some time, too). However a skilled attacker can always find a way to trigger and/or deal with it. For example my antihog TH10 has seen a few hoggers attack recently, where they spread out an initial wave of hogs, to clear out one or two sides (maybe one heal spell), trigger CC and heroes. Once the CC and heroes are dealt with, in comes a second wave of hogs, designed to get straight into the core that is now exposed due to clearing out a lot of outer ring defenses. There's nothing you can do to prevent that, except maybe try and have double big bombs in your core and/or pray for good fortune. Also, a heavy army of e.g. giants and/or golems, with wizards and heroes, and good use of wall breakers, will always be able to punch into your core, and can usually deal with clan castle troops on the way. Again, not much you can do against that except pray for good fortune.
