So i recently found a trend in my clan, no one with Christmas presents have received the gem box.. Me included. My presents are in the very top corner. But my wife and her brother for example.. Both accidentally got rid of the presents. But since then..they've both received 3 gem boxes as well as others in my clan, I asked those who did have presents if they received one yet and they hadn't..
Thoughts?

do you have space for the gem box to spawn? And less than 40 obstacles?

It's very unlikely.
I have 3 X-mas trees still on the map. Got my third gem-box today. It spawns when it spawns if there is enough space.
