After over half a year im ending/ leaving my own clan.
Its been probably 7 months since i started my own clan. We worked up to a lvl 95+ clan which is decent to say the least. But being a leader for me was hard work i felt the need to log on all the time to see if anything bad is going on... It was too much... I haven't kicked everyone but recommended people to leave... A lot have, now we are on about 30 members... I decided to promote everyone to co leader (idk why)... It was a tough decision because i knew everyone fairly well but got most of them on gamecenter :)
Basically I'm saying being leader is tough and only do it if you can log in and out a lot.... Which i cant do anymore.
Im looking forward to being a member having no responsibilities :D ... If you're leader and getting bored and frustrated go ahead and leave...
Not so much bad leadership as misunderstanding the whole concept

You feel pressure from being a leader of a clan in a game? Please... (Never apply for any job that includes leadership qualities!!)
As a leader/co-/elder you're not responsible for anything to your members, it's the other way around. That's why you can kick them and they can't kick you.
A king doesn't serve, it's the other way around - he has servants.
If something bad is going on in the clan, you don't have to take care of it the second it happens. You can do something about it tomorrow, next week, eventually. There is literally no pressure on you. You can just ignore it too if you're not going online etc. Do leader stuff when you'd normally be online playing, leave the rest to co's and elders.
It's really not that hard.
