Limit who can start the clan war to LEADERS ONLY

Allowing Leaders and Co-Leaders to click the clan war button has resulted in CHAOS in our clan. Too many cooks in the kitchen! This has resulted in an overall loss of early enthusiasm for Clan Wars, as upgrade planning is impossible! TURN CO-LEADER ACCESS OFF PLEASE! OR, AT LEAST give each clan leader the option to enable/disable co-leader access to the button.

Simple solution is to remove coleader access from those u cant trust....make them elders as they should be. Coleader is simply a pseudo leader function.
