Well, since you're a little behind, you might want to try BARCH or BAG on a full collector base. I got my lvl 6 walls done when I was still a th6.
Nothing is ever instant... Patience is key. Look for those collector bases, and just keep raiding... The walls will come :)

very easy.
farm 2h a day with BARCH or BAG on collectors only.
at TH6, you can pull 1.5mil/hour easy.
that's 3mil gold a day, in 4 days you have your walls.
